The 2026 USCIPP CRM Systems workgroup will extend the “CRM Systems in International Programs” session at the 2025 USCIPP Annual Meeting into an ongoing member workgroup.
This series will focus on how international programs use CRM platforms to manage both international patient services and international collaborations/projects. It will emphasize building systems that teams will actually use and that reduce manual workarounds across the full international patient journey and the full international collaboration/project lifecycle.
The workgroup will cover CRM use cases that members have highlighted as high value, including international patient pipeline tracking from pre-arrival through post-visit follow-up, dashboards and reporting for day-to-day management and budgeting, business development workflows for leads and partner stewardship, and more. In addition, the workgroup will tackle how programs operationalize CRM-enabled coordination with international partners, such as referral intake via partner portals, secure document and imaging upload to reduce email dependence, and enabling overseas representatives to enter inquiries and leads in real time.
