NCHL's 2023 All-Member Conference Event Registration

Online registration for this event is now closed. There is still time to register though. If you would like to attend this event, please contact info@nchl.org through October 30, 2023. No on-site registrations are accepted.

All program and corporate members and sponsors who are entitled to complimentary conference registration(s) should refer to a communication sent to primary contacts on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, which includes instructions on registering with a special coupon code. This email was sent to the primary contact for each organizational membership.

Please confirm your coupon code and refer to the registration instructions sent to each primary contact prior to registering and paying for a ticket. If you mistakenly pay for conference registration, you will be held to the same Event Cancelation Policy as all other attendees.

It is recommended that all members register by September 15, 2023, so session topics and speakers can be appropriately assigned and room capacities are more accurately estimated.

$750 - All NCHL Members: You must use your organizationally affiliated email address when registering to receive the member rate. This registration rate is only available to attendees affiliated with a member organization. If you are unsure if your organization is affiliated with program membership please contact info@nchl.org. Do not register with this rate if you are NOT affiliated with an NCHL Member organization. If you register for the member rate, and your organization is not a member, you will be asked to pay the non-member rate.
$600 - Confirmed Speakers (NCHL Members and Non-Members): Please see specific instructions from the NCHL event team for registering as a speaker to assure access to special event rates. Speakers will be confirmed in July 2023.
$425 - Graduate Students & Administrative Fellows: Please assure you use your academically affiliated email address and include Graduate Student or Fellow in your title. Otherwise, your registration may be rejected.
$1,250 - Non-NCHL Members: For all other attendees who are NOT not affiliated with a member organization. If you are unsure if your organization is affiliated with a program membership, please contact info@nchl.org.

NCHL's 2023 All-Member Conference

What: We will welcome more than 300 colleagues and industry partners from across all three of NCHL’s premier programs including LENS, NCAF, and USCIPP. This event promises to be a dynamic and innovative event. The purpose of this conference is simple: to empower healthcare leaders from each of NCHL’s three premier programs to learn, collaborate, and lead into the future.

When: Monday, November 13 at 1:00 PM through Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at 12:00 PM

Where: Westin Chicago River North in downtown Chicago, Illinois

Hotel Room Block Reservations: The secured room block at the Westin Chicago River North, the venue of the 2023 NCHL All-Member Conference, is sold out. Market rate rooms are still available at this location. If you would like to reserve a hotel room at market rate you may do so before registering.

Lodging Alternatives: NCHL has prepared a resource of comparable accommodations located approximately (5) miles from the event venue.
