The National Council on Administrative Fellowships (NCAF) is thrilled to again provide a virtual platform for fellowship sites to meet potential applicants during the 2025 - 2026 fellowship cycle. This opportunity will be held via Zoom on three different dates:

Thursday, June 26: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM CT | 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM ET | 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM PT

Tuesday, July 1: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM CT | 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM ET | 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM PT

Each organization featured during this event has a scheduled 30-minute breakout room. Prospective applicants can join Zoom and participate in any session, either staying for the entire event or joining the Zoom and leaving as they please. We recommend that attendees join the Zoom link at least 3-5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the presentation you're hoping to participate in.

Registrants of this event will have the opportunity to meet with and ask questions of current fellows and program coordinators from over 30 programs. Each program is allotted 25 minutes to present and answer prospective applicant questions. This year's attendees include fellowship sites such as Johns Hopkins, Northwestern Medicine, University of Texas Medical Center, and many more dynamic fellowship programs.
