All USCIPP and corporate members and sponsors entitled to complimentary conference registration(s) should refer to a communication sent to organizational primary contacts, which will include instructions on claiming your tickets. This email was sent to the primary contact for each organizational membership.

If you mistakenly pay for conference registration, you will be held to the same Event Cancelation Policy as all other attendees.

NCHL Member Rates

  • USCIPP Members: $950
  • Fellows, Residents, and Graduate Students from an NCHL member organization: $450

To have access to these member rates, you must use your organizationally affiliated email address when registering. This registration rate is only available to attendees affiliated with a member organization. If you are unsure if your organization is affiliated with program membership please contact uscipp@nchl.org. Do not register with this rate if you are NOT affiliated with an NCHL Member organization. If you register for the member rate, and your organization is not a member, you will be asked to pay the non-member rate. 

Confirmed Speakers Rate

  • Confirmed Speakers: $675
    • Please see specific instructions from the USCIPP team for registering as a speaker to ensure access to special event rates. Speakers will be confirmed by September 10, 2024. 

Industry Partners, Vendors and Non-NCHL Member Rate

  • Non-NCHL Members: For all other attendees who are NOT affiliated with a member organization: $1,450

Payment Options: Payment is accepted by credit card only. If you require a different form of payment (ACH or Check), please contact us.

USCIPP Reception & Dinner Event

The USCIPP Dinner & Networking Event will be hosted on the evening of Wednesday, December 4 at Mastro's Steakhouse. There is a separate registration, which is required to attend the dinner. CLICK HERE to register for the dinner. 

 


 

Step-by-Step Registration Instructions on Member 365
1. Click on the green "Register" button.
  • You will be prompted log in or enter your organizationally-affiliated email address. If you previously attended an event or webinar, you may already have an existing profile. If you do not remember your password, click on "Forgot Password" to reset it.
  • If you do not have a profile, enter your organizationally-affiliated email. Fill out the required information to create your profile.
  • Click “Next.”
2. Select your ticket type(s):
  • You may add multiple tickets if you would like to register multiple people from your organization.
  • Click “Continue to Step 2” and then “Confirm.”
3. Assign your ticket(s) and complete the event preferences form:
  • Provide the ticket assignment details. If you select multiple tickets, you must assign each ticket to a person.
  • If you have an existing profile: You can click “This is my ticket” and/or assign tickets to others already in the database by searching their name. If you don’t find the person through the search and/or they aren’t in the database, click “Assign” next to “Search for Non-Member” and enter their contact details.
  • If you just created your profile or used an email not associated with your profile: you will need to enter contact details for yourself and each ticket holders to assign the ticket(s).
  • Once you assign a ticket, click “Continue.”
  • The “USCIPP Annual Meeting Attendee Preferences” form will appear for each ticket after it is assigned.
  • Please provide selections for each ticket. The form will ask for selections related to the tour, USCIPP dinner, dietary preferences, and email address sharing opt-in/out.
  • Once you have assigned all tickets and provided selections on the forms, click “Continue.”
4. Billing information, promo code & payment processing
  • Enter billing address information. Press “Continue.”
  • Enter the promo code (if applicable) and click “Apply.”
  • Check off the event cancellation policy/disclaimers once you read it.
  • Click “Confirm registration” (if no balance is due) or “Process Payment” if you have a balance due.
  • You will be prompted to enter your credit card information on the next page. Credit card is the only form of payment accepted on the registration site.
  • Click "Confirm Payment" to complete the process.
5. Confirmation
  • Once your registration is successful, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration details and hotel booking information. Please save this email for your records.
  • If registering multiple people: Only the person submitting the registration receives the confirmation email. You must forward the email confirmation to them as well.
