NCHL's 2024 Organizational and Leadership Excellence Conference

Are you an NCHL Member or Sponsor? Please read!
All program and corporate members and sponsors entitled to complimentary conference registration(s) should refer to a communication sent to organizational primary contacts on or before Monday, June 24, 2024, which will include instructions on claiming your tickets with a special link. This email was sent to the primary contact for each organizational membership.
Questions about who to contact about your organization's complimentary tickets and redemption status please contact: Jen Petitte - LENS or GEHM Programs or Meghan Nousaine - Corporate Members or Sponsors. Members of our NCAF program do not receive complimentary tickets.
If you mistakenly pay for conference registration, you will be held to the same Event Cancelation Policy as all other attendees.
All online registration will close on Wednesday, October 30th, 2024. If you are still interested in registration past this date, please reach out to info@nchl.org
NCHL Member Rates
- LENS Premium members: $800
- All other members including LENS Basic, LENS Council, NCAF, and GEHM members: $950
- Corporate Members: $800
- Administrative Healthcare Fellows, Residents, and Graduate Students from an NCHL member organization: $450
To have access to these member rates, you must use your organizationally affiliated email address when registering. This registration rate is only available to attendees affiliated with a member organization. If you are unsure if your organization is affiliated with program membership please contact info@nchl.org. Do not register with this rate if you are NOT affiliated with an NCHL Member organization. If you register for the member rate, and your organization is not a member, you will be asked to pay the non-member rate.
Confirmed Speakers Rate
- Confirmed Speakers (NCHL Members and Non-Members): $675
- Please see specific instructions from the NCHL event team for registering as a speaker to ensure access to special event rates. Speakers will be confirmed in July 2024.
Industry Partners, Vendors and Non-NCHL Member Rate
- Non-NCHL Members: For all other attendees who are NOT affiliated with a member organization: $1450

Unless otherwise specified, event registration refunds are subject to a 15% administrative fee. Each event will have a date beyond which refunds will not be honored.
No credit card information is stored within Member365 and all payment data is accessed by way of a secure API. Under no circumstances do we share credit card or personal details.
Who can access the NCHL member portal?
Please note that the NCHL member portal is to be used by members of NCHL only. Certain workspaces within the member portal will be tailored for and restricted to certain membership types; access to these areas will be determined and approved by NCHL staff. The Content that is displayed in your member portal will automatically vary based on your user / membership type.
What can be posted?
To ensure all interactions within the NCHL member portal are safe and friendly, NCHL staff will oversee the member portal activity and will review, edit, and delete any inappropriate content that has been submitted. This includes abusive or offensive language, spam, malicious files, or other disrespectful contact. To help provide a productive environment, please report any offensive or suspicious activity to NCHL staff.
