Join us for a milestone evening as we celebrate 20 years of leadership excellence in healthcare. Named in honor of Gail L. Warden—founding chairman of NCHL, president emeritus of Henry Ford Health System, and a visionary in healthcare innovation—this award recognizes individuals who have made significant and lasting contributions to the field.

This year’s event, held on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, starting at 6:00 PM, will be hosted along the shore of Lake Michigan at the Field Museum of Natural History in Chicago. The NCHL Gail L. Warden Leadership Excellence Award celebration brings together more than 250 leaders from across the healthcare ecosystem to honor this year’s distinguished awardees, reflect on the profound impact of past honorees, and continue the tradition of recognizing the NCHL International Healthcare Leadership Award recipient.

Registration will close on Friday, October 10, 2025.

Sponsorship packages, which include group seating, are also available.
Payment for tickets is accepted by credit card only. If you require an invoice or a different form of payment, please contact us.
Event dinner tables will seat up to eight (8) people.
Sponsors receive preferred seating and typically be seated together as a group.
No on-site registrations will be accepted.

Information Requested During Registration: During registration, please be prepared to select the attendee(s) evening meal preference (beef, fish, or vegetarian), dietary restrictions (gluten-free, vegan, etc.), and the need/request for accessible parking.
