The US Cooperative for International Patient Programs (USCIPP), a program of the National Center for Healthcare Leadership (NCHL), is pleased to announce that registration is now open for the 2023 US-Bahrain and US-Kuwait Healthcare Partnership Forums this September 17-20 in Manama and Kuwait City!

We are organizing the forums in collaboration with and with formal support from the US federal government, including:

The US Embassy Bahrain
The US Embassy Kuwait
The US Commercial Service of the US Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration

Additonally, we are partnering with two highly experienced events management and consulting firms with deep connections in Bahrain and Kuwait. They will support event planning, logistics management, and promotion of the forums:

AmCham Bahrain and AmCham Kuwait are member-driven, nonprofit, non-governmental organizations that represent the interests of American businesses and promote trade and investment between the United States and Bahrain and Kuwait, respectively.

With strong connections with healthcare stakeholders and government leaders in their respective markets, our event partners will work together and under the guidance of the USCIPP team at NCHL to secure participation from Bahraini Kuwaiti leaders who would be most important to USCIPP members from an international business development perspective.

REGISTRATION

USCIPP member organizations should register by Friday, September 8. Space is limited. The participation fee per organization includes:

Participation for two (2) individuals to attend both in-person forums (a total of four days of programming)
Lunch, refreshments, and coffee breaks on all days
Evening receptions in both Bahrain and Kuwait
Business development contact list of all attendees
Presentation slides
Face-to-face networking opportunities with Bahraini and Kuwaiti healthcare leaders
Hospital site visits in Bahrain and Kuwait (transportation included)
Matchmaking meetings with Kuwaiti healthcare leaders (a matchmaking survey will be sent to member organizations to help facilitate)
Roundtable discussions with healthcare leaders in Bahrain and Kuwait
Group transportation from the Crowne Plaza Manama to the airport on September 18
Group transportation from the airport to the Kuwait Radisson Blu Hotel, Kuwait, on September 18
Brand visibility for participating USCIPP members during and leading up to the forums

Registration Instructions

Please note that this is a two-step registration process. Please read the instructions below very carefully. If you need assistance with registration, please reach out to uscipp@nchl.org.

Step 1	Submit one Organizational Registration on behalf of your organization ($4,500). Only one organizational registration needs to be submitted. Note that each participant will need to also register separately as an individual attendee after the organizational registration has been submitted and paid (Step 2).
Step 2	After the organizational registration has been submitted and the $4,500 participation fee has been paid, up to two attendees from your organization may submit an Individual Attendee Registration. Two attendee registrations are included with the $4,500 organizational participation fee and no additional payment is required.
Optional Step 3	If your organization would like to register more than two attendees, an EXTRA Attendee Registration must be submitted for each additional person. Please note there is an additional $2,250 registration fee for each extra attendee registration.

HOTEL INFORMATION

A hotel room block has been secured for both Kuwait and Bahrain.
