NCHL and the Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education (CAHME) have used their combined data resources, expertise, and academic/practitioner partners to provide students; programs; and potential fellowship sites support and insight into the fellowship process. 

NCHL and CAHME have worked to gather industrywide thought leadership from graduate programs, former fellows, and fellowship sites. Mining the deep resources of CAHME's Annual Report, NCHL's National Administrative Fellowship Centralized Application Service (NAFCAS) System, and Peregrine Global Services' Assessment Tool, the report examines never-before-seen qualitative and quantitative data. This paper explores the cyclical nature of healthcare management fellowships and the mentorship they provide.
